About Tim Lee Design
Operating across Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties, in my role as a Chartered Architectural Technologist, I provide a complete design service, from initial consultation and concept design through to securing planning permission and building regulations approval.
With over 25 years' experience in the construction industry, I have worked both within architectural practices as an Architectural Technologist and for housing developers as a Technical Manager, leading the design and delivery of a wide range of residential developments. This breadth of experience allows me to combine strong technical knowledge with practical, buildable design solutions.
Whether it's creating additional space, maximising the value of property, or unlocking the potential of land, I am passionate about high-quality design and dedicated to providing a friendly, straightforward, and professional service.
